The first order of business in our work together is to create a safe, trusting relationship. As we get to know each other, you will find I use a lot of reflection and observation, practical strategies and brain science to support your journey. Exploring your core beliefs and values, repeating patterns, and family of origin will help you understand a lot of why you do what you do. Those don't always match up with what feels authentic, and when we live life out of alignment, problems tend to arise.  In our work together, we will problem-solve, explore, learn, laugh and probably cry some to help you find more peace and balance in your life.

• Helping my clients recognize and change unhelpful patterns.

• Teaching my clients how to set better boundaries so they can nurture the relationships that are important.

• Recognizing inconsistencies in what my clients are saying and the choices they are making and gently pointing that out.

• Bringing humor at just the right time.

• Acknowledging and allowing feelings that my clients may not recognize or be comfortable experiencing.

• Educating my clients about healthy relationships with themselves and others and collaborating to bring more connection and fulfillment.

• Assisting my clients to better understand family dynamics and work to shift those if needed.
