The first order of business in our work together is to create a safe, trusting environment. Exploring your core beliefs, values, and family of origin  will help you understand a lot of why you do what you do.  Those don't always match up with what feels authentic, and when we live life out of alignment, problems tend to arise.  In our work together, we will problem-solve, explore, learn, laugh and probably cry some to help you find more peace and balance in your life.
