The first order of business in our work together is to create a safe, trusting relationship. As we get to know each other, you will find I use a lot of reflection and observation, practical strategies and education to support your work. Exploring your core beliefs and values, repeating patterns, and life experiences will help you understand a lot of why you do what you do. Those don't always match up with what feels authentic, and when we live life out of alignment, problems tend to arise.  In our work together, we will problem-solve, explore, learn, laugh and probably cuss to help you find more peace and balance in your life.

• Teaching you how to set better boundaries so they can nurture the relationships that are important.

• Recognizing inconsistencies in what you say and the choices you make (aka calling you on your bullshit).

• Bringing humor at just the right time.

• Acknowledging and allowing feelings you may not recognize or be comfortable experiencing.

• Educating you about healthy relationships with yourself and others.

• Helping you better understand family dynamics and work to shift those if needed.
